Volunteers’ Week 1-7 June at The Bevern Trust
Volunteers’ Week is an annual celebration of the fantastic contribution millions of volunteers make across the UK – and it’s taking place from the 1-7 June 2015.
At The Bevern Trust during Volunteers’ Week we would like to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has volunteered for us and also introduce more volunteers to help us give more to people with profound disabilities.
THREE reasons to shout about Volunteer Opportunities with The Bevern Trust during Volunteers’ Week.
1. Great Fun; your time is well spent with a friendly relaxed team that will help people with complex needs get more from life.
2. Gain Professional Experience; learn new things and discover hidden talents, enhance your CV promoting personal growth and self esteem.
3. You Make a Difference; Give something back to your community and support your local charity.

Volunteer Work Locally.
Drivers needed. Driving our minibus is great fun and at times that work around you. It gives residents with complex needs, the opportunity to participate in educational sessions, attend medical appointments and social activities.
Kitchen and Housekeeping. Time spent volunteering in a relaxed and social home is an opportunity of a life-time. Home-made nutricious food is always important but even more so for people with with profound disabilities. A few hours of your time will help us keep a clean and tidy loving home.
Gardening. Green fingers and an eye for detail will help our gardens and grounds look well-kept all year round. Just a few regular hours are needed to help give our residents a beautiful home.
