Lewes Artist Creates Magical Seascape

Lewes Artist Creates Magical Seascape

Nicky Young a talented Artist from Lewes has set about transforming an area at Bevern View, our home for profoundly disabled people run by The Bevern Trust and has created a magical seascape for the residents who live here. The ‘canvas’ was previously a plain wall which connects the dining room and bedrooms to the hydrotherapy pool. The difference Nicky has made by giving her time voluntarily has been extraordinary, putting the biggest smile on the faces of the people that live here.

Hydrotherapy pool gets stunning seascape pictures

As a charity, to give the people we care for the freedom to move unaided, to get out of their wheelchairs and experience less pain in the warm water of a Hydrotherapy pool, we must raise £416 from voluntary donations every month.

To make a regular gift each month and put a big smile on the faces of people with complex needs click and DONATE HERE.

All our residents and respite users with profound disabilities can only use the Hydrotherapy pool with support from our community.

Our thanks to Nicky Lewes Artist for creating such an inspiring and colourful space for everyone at The Bevern Trust. You can contact Nicky directly by emailing her nickydrakeart@yahoo.co.uk
