We have Two charity places in the 2019 Vitality London 10,000
The 2019 Vitality London 10,000 will take place on Monday 27 May 2019
The Vitality London 10,000 run starts and finishes in St James’s Park and uses Green Park as its assembly area.
All the funds raised from the London 10k 2019 run can help us care for profoundly disabled people at our care home Bevern View near Lewes.
The people we care for need help in every aspect of their lives. We can only continue to offer more freedom and opportunity to vulnerable people with complex conditions if amazing people like you can help us to raise funds from landmark events like the Vitality London 10000.
The run starts on The Mall and finishes on Spur Road opposite Buckingham Palace. Runners follow a clockwise route around the City of Westminster and the City of London. The course passes many of London’s famous sights including Admiralty Arch, Nelson’s Column, St Paul’s Cathedral, Mansion House, the Bank of England, the Old Bailey, Somerset House, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.
Each kilometre will be clearly marked. A timing mat at the halfway point will take your 5km split time. There are water stations at 3km and 6.5km. Toilets will be placed close to 3km, 5km and 7km for runners’ use.

People with profound disabilities are some of the most marginalised people in our society and your support can make a huge difference to their well-being and quality of life.
