Spend a beautiful Summer‘s evening with friends, some wine and an enchanting repetoire from an award-winning quintet.

Cavendish Winds have performed in concerts, educational projects, and competitions throughout the UK and abroad and are establishing a reputation as one of country’s leading chamber ensembles. Take this rare opportunity to see them perform live in Barcombe this Summer. Tickets start from just £14pp plus a small booking fee.

Cavendish Winds Summer Concert

Venue: Barcombe Village Hall situated between Lewes and Uckfield

Tickets: Include Summer canapes, half bottle of red or white wine, Harvey’s Best Bitter or a non-alcoholic choice with orange juice and water. Additional drink purchases are available at the cash bar.

Dress: Summer chic

Parking: Limited to 30 cars at the village hall so please car share where possible. There is alternative parking in Barcombe Village High Street, less than half a mile from the hall.

Cavendish Winds is an award-winning wind quintet formed at the Royal Academy of Music in 2014. Highlights include recitals at Wigmore Hall, Saint Martin-in-the-Fields, Saffron Hall, Kings Place Festival, and a private fundraiser event performance for the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Cavendish Winds are Concordia Foundation Artists, were finalists in the 2016 Royal Overseas League competition and are recipients of the Tunnell Trust Award 2017-18. The quintet are delighted to have been selected as Making Music Artists for 2019-20.

At least £6 from each ticket sale for the concert is donated to Sussex Disability Charity The Bevern Trust. All other profits from additional drinks sold on the night, raffles or donations will all be donated to The Bevern Trust.
